Phone Consulting Terms and Conditions

1. Description of Service

Realty Net, LLC offers Phone Consulting services to provide professional advice and guidance on real estate matters. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Advice on buying or selling real estate.

• Guidance on market conditions.

• Assistance with understanding real estate documents.

• General real estate investment consultation.

2. Scheduling and Availability

• Consultations are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

• Realty Net, LLC will endeavor to accommodate the client's preferred timing but cannot guarantee availability for all requested times.

3. Fees and Payment

• The client agrees to pay the predetermined fee for the Phone Consulting service.

• Fees must be paid in advance of the scheduled consultation.

• Payment terms and methods will be provided upon scheduling the service.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation with a minimum notice of 24 hours business hours.

• If the client fails to cancel in time or misses a scheduled consultation, the fee may be non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

• Realty Net, LLC respects the confidentiality of client information. Any personal information or details of the consultation will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

• While Realty Net, LLC endeavors to provide accurate and helpful advice, there is no guarantee that the consultation will lead to a specific outcome or decision in real estate matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Realty Net, LLC’s liability in connection with the Phone Consulting services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Oregon.

9. Amendments

• Realty Net, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Phone Consulting services after any such changes shall constitute the client’s consent to such changes.

Acceptance:

By scheduling and paying for a Phone Consulting session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
