All five major Oregon MLS systems: RMLS (Portland Metro), WVMLS (Willamette Valley), OCMLS (Oregon Coast), COMLS (Bend region), and SOMLS (Southern Oregon).

How long does it take to get listed?

Once we receive your completed data form, photos, and signed co-listing agreement, listings typically go live within 1-2 business days.

What support is provided during the listing?

We handle MLS data entry, photo uploads, and status/price changes as requested. All buyer agent inquiries and showing requests are forwarded directly to you for handling.

Can I use this for multiple listings?

Yes, each listing is $499. There are no volume discounts, but you can submit as many properties as you need. Each listing receives a full 6-month term.

Who handles buyer inquiries?

You do. All buyer agent calls, showing requests, and offers are directed to your contact information. You maintain full control of client communications and negotiations.

What are my liability responsibilities?

As the listing broker of record with your seller, you retain full fiduciary responsibility. The co-listing arrangement provides MLS access only; all agency duties remain with you.

How does commission work?

You set the buyer agent commission offered in the MLS. There is no commission split with Realty Net—the $499 fee covers MLS access only. You retain your full listing side commission.
