Important Note: The MLS associations don't allow the owner's contact information to be displayed on the Public MLS data. However, your contact info and showing instructions will be available to all Realtors
After selecting a Flat Fee MLS listing package in Oregon, here's what to expect:
Keep an eye on your inbox for an email with instructions to set up your MLS listing.
Once you complete the MLS listing process and fill out the required MLS Data Input Form, we will input the information into the MLS database within 48 business hours. We will then email you a copy of the MLS listing sheet for your review and approval. Once you approve the listing, we will activate it.
Your listing will populate to popular public websites, such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and others, within 24 hours of activation of the MLS listing.
If your order includes a Pre-print Realty NET® Sign or Lock-box, they'll be shipped to you via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground within three business days if the shipping charge has been paid.
Custom Realty NET® Signs, if ordered, will be sent out within five business days after your listing goes live if the shipping charge has been paid.
You'll have the chance to check your MLS listing for accuracy and request any modifications needed.
