Terms and Conditions for Flat Fee MLS and Seller Assist Services

By checking the box during the order process, you (the "Seller") acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions for the Flat Fee MLS and Seller Assist services provided by Realty Net, LLC ("Broker").
Listing of Seller's property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a flat fee.
Duration of listing and specific services included depend on the selected package.
Inclusion of property details and photographs as provided by Seller.
Basic compliance review of listing content.
Consultation and advice regarding the sale process.
Assistance with pricing strategy.
Review and advice on offers received.
Negotiation support as requested by Seller.
Specific services depend on the selected package.
As of January 1st, 2024, many MLS associations do not require Sellers to pay a Buyer's Agent Commission (BAC). The decision to offer a BAC, and the amount thereof, is at the Seller's discretion.
Most real estate agents working with buyers are on a 100% commission basis. The BAC offered can directly impact the number of showings and interest in your listing. Traditionally, BAC has ranged between 2.5% and 3%.
Seller acknowledges that the services provided under these Terms and Conditions constitute limited representation. The Broker will not provide full-service real estate brokerage services.
Provide accurate and truthful property information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Be available to respond to inquiries and show the property.
Understand all offers and documents related to the property sale.
The Seller agrees to pay the Broker a flat fee starting at $199 and up to $1,099, depending on the selected package.
All fees are due at the time of listing and are non-refundable.
Realty Net, LLC does not guarantee the sale of the Seller’s property or any specific outcome from the use of the Flat Fee MLS and Seller Assist services.
The Seller agrees to hold Realty Net, LLC harmless from any and all claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in any way related to the listing and sale of the property, except for those resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Realty Net, LLC.
The Broker's liability is limited to the amount of the fees paid by the Seller.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Online Acknowledgment:
By checking the box to agree to these Terms and Conditions during the order process, the Seller acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms herein.
