Transaction Assistance Service Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

   Realty Net, LLC is pleased to offer the Transaction Assistance Service ("Service"), designed for sellers who have identified a buyer and require expert assistance to navigate the final stages of the real estate transaction. This Service includes coordination among all parties, management of the transaction from acceptance to closing, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free closing experience. The Service is valid for one transaction only.
   

2. Fees and Payment

   The fee for the Transaction Assistance Service is $1,599 per transaction. This fee is due in full at the time of service engagement and is non-refundable. All sales are final. The service covers one transaction only.

3. Scope of Services

   
   Efficient Coordination: Coordination with buyers, agents, and legal representatives to ensure seamless transaction execution.

   
   Complete Transaction Management: Oversight of the transaction from the moment of acceptance until the close of escrow, managing all details and requirements.
   
   Stress-Free Closing: Facilitation of the closing process to minimize stress and address any arising challenges.

   
   Communication: Provision of consistent updates and maintenance of open communication throughout the transaction process.
   

4. Client Responsibilities

   The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the property and transaction. The client must be available to make timely decisions and provide approvals as needed to avoid delays in the transaction process.
   

5. Charge Dispute

   In the event of a dispute over charges made to your credit card, the client will be responsible for the original charge, any associated credit card fees, the costs to defend our rights, and collections fees. This responsibility is applicable regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
   

6. Limitations of Service

   Realty Net, LLC will not provide legal advice or represent the client in legal proceedings. All legal inquiries should be directed to a licensed attorney. The Service is limited to the coordination and management of the transaction process.
   

7. Cancellation Policy

   Since all sales are final and non-refundable, cancellations or rescheduling must be considered within this context. However, clients may discuss potential scheduling adjustments at least 48 hours prior to the initially scheduled service.
   

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

   While Realty Net, LLC will make every effort to ensure a smooth transaction, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any transaction or that the closing will occur as planned.
   

9. Limitation of Liability

   Realty Net, LLC's liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the Service. In no event shall Realty Net, LLC be

   liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.
   

10. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oregon.
    

11. Acceptance of Terms

    By engaging Realty Net, LLC for the Transaction Assistance Service and paying the service fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, including the finality and non-refundable nature of the service fee, and that the service is valid for one transaction only.
