Welcome to Realty Net, LLC's Flat Fee MLS Co-Listing service. By opting for our Co-Listing package, you, the Participating Broker, agree to adhere to the following Terms of Use. This agreement is designed to ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities and to protect all parties involved.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the order form and engaging Realty Net, LLC for the Flat Fee MLS Co-Listing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

Realty Net, LLC offers a Flat Fee MLS Co-Listing service for a one-time fee of $499. This service includes listing a property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to assist in its sale or lease. Realty Net, LLC will perform the initial listing based on information provided by the Participating Broker and/or Property Owner.

Payment

The Participating Broker agrees to pay Realty Net, LLC a non-refundable fee of $499 upfront for each property listed under this service. Payment is required at the time of submitting the Co-Listing order form.

Responsibilities of the Participating Broker

The Participating Broker is responsible for all aspects of the transaction after the initial listing, including but not limited to:

Negotiations with buyers and other real estate agents

Communication with all parties involved, including the Property Owner, potential buyers, and their agents

Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to the real estate transaction.

Indemnification

The Participating Broker agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Realty Net, LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from any claim, cost, expense, judgment, damages (actual and consequential), and liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to the use of Realty Net, LLC's Co-Listing service, the real estate transaction, or any breach of these Terms of Use.

Term and Termination

These Terms of Use are effective upon the Participating Broker's acceptance and continue until the completion of the sale or lease of the listed property or until terminated by either party. Realty Net, LLC reserves the right to terminate the service at any time without notice for any breach of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Realty Net, LLC and the Participating Broker regarding our Co-Listing service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had regarding the service.

Amendment

Realty Net, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
