Professional Real Estate Video Tour - Starting at $499

This tour is a 3-7 minute "walk through" of a property. This is a more detailed, in-depth tour, presented with background music. Tours highlight standout features of the home, such as upscale pantries, high-end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings, hardware, columns, water features, etc. Perfect for an average-sized home or luxury property. Two videos are created - an unbranded tour for use on the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else. On-camera agent introductions are available at no additional cost. Aerial footage is included if deemed advantageous to the marketing of the property. Local weather conditions at the time of the shoot, safety concerns, and proximity to airports are additional factors that determine whether or not we are able to fly. We are FAA certified, compliant with part 107 of the Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR). We adhere to safety protocol and procedures as dictated by the FAA.
