A Flat Fee MLS listing lets you place your property on the MLS — the same system used by all Oregon real estate agents — without paying a large listing-side commission. Your home appears to buyers and agents just like any other listing, but you stay in control of your costs and the level of support you want.

Buyer Agent Compensation (BAC)
